Happy St. Patrick's Day

Yay it's St. Patrick's day! A day for terrorizing people who don't wear green and a reason to give the old expression, "It's 5 o'clock somewhere," a break for a day. To commemorate this eventful day day I want to bring Banshee to your attention. He is one of my favorite X-men characters and although this Irish hero is dead (I'm still upset about that) his memory still lives on.



Reasons why Banshee is awesome

• He could sonic scream
  
• He could fly at the speed of sound 
  
• His sonic scream could put people into a hypnotic trance, disorient them, nauseate them, or simply render them unconscious. 
  
• Could use echo location
  
• At full strength his sonic blasts were powerful enough to liquefy or disintegrate targets
